5. Who receives the data

Form enquiries reach a Bertronit server, where n8n, an automation tool we run on our own infrastructure, records them in our CRM. We classify them manually, without artificial intelligence. We use these providers, who process data only on our behalf:

If you choose WhatsApp, messages go through WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.), which processes them under its own policy. Links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn lead to third-party services with their own terms.

We only disclose data to authorities when required by law.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Vercel and Tailscale are based in the USA. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified and, in any case, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for more information at bernardo@bertronit.com.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before.

Write to bernardo@bertronit.com. We reply within one month. If we believe a request cannot be granted, we will explain why.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, www.imy.se, or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.

Once the Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales) is operational, you can also lodge a complaint with it.
